Removing front hubs SA Speed 20

I need to remove these to inspect the wheel bearings. I have removed the grease cap and the  castellated nut and its split pin on the stub axle. Attempts to withdaw the bub using a three-legged puller (hooked behind the rear flange of the hub) have been unsuccessful, despite applying considerable pressure with the puller.

Neither the left nor right hub has shown any movement. Advice welcomed please.

Did you manage to get the hubs off?
For future reference, it would be useful to know what the problem was and what you did to overcome it.
