I'm really pleased to see an AOC forum with proper threads etc. Well done. Can I suggest a rule?  :-  All threads should have a meaningful title so that in years to come we can search them when we are looking for information. Titles such as 'Bad News!!!' or 'Great idea!!!' are completely useless when you want to know about ignition timing or brake linings. Happy motoring, Dudley Posted by Dudley Smith 08/06/2012 20:13:15

Further to my previous comment, can I also encourage AOC members to use their real names for the bulletin board? We are, after all, a club, and the joy of being a club member is that you get to know other club members. If opinions are expressed, I would like to know who is expressing them. And I would like other AOC to know that I am a member of the Alvis community. It is only possible to register for this forum if you are a member, and releasing our names will not expose us to identity theft. So please - no more 'Fartbox Harry'  or 'Alvis Ace' - let's have the courage to say who we are. Kind regards to all my fellow members, Dudley (posted after second glass of wine) Posted by Dudley Smith 10/06/2012 19:48:23

I have changed the setup so that a user's full name is displayed in a post. Posted by aocadmin 19/06/2012 07:53:25
