On Saturday 16th July a number of AOC members gathered Prescott Speed Hill Climb, the home of the Bugatti Owners Club, for Pre-War Prescott. This annual event is always well supported by the AOC and 2022 was no exception with Alvis cars now having their own, dedicated section.

Cars and drivers gather under the cherry trees in the paddock for a relaxed garden party style event, with the opportunity to put our cars to test on un-timed runs up the hill. The social side of this meet is always good, with an opportunity meet with old friends and new. The AOC cars arrived with passengers spanning all generations from young children to some of our more experienced members.
Our fine selection of Alvis cars was admired by fellow participants and James Swan’s 12/50 Alvista Saloon was featured in a line-up of cars which were the subject of a commentary and walk around during the lunch-time break.
