Pre-War Prescott (PWP) -11th Sept 2021

As a belated part of the AOC’s Centenary Celebrations over 30 Alvises attended PWP.

A good selection of mainly pre-war models accompanied by their owners (many in period dress) attended this popular event organised by and courtesy of The Vintage Morris Register at this historic hill climb owned by the Bugatti Owners Club.

The highlight of the day, for me, was a ride up the hill in a 1907 Steamer owned and driven by Nick Cook (who also owns a very pretty TD21 series 1) followed by a full parade up the hill by all participating members in a cavalcade of Alvises in date order. To add to the enjoyment a lone Hurricane flew over the grounds and saluted the occasion.
